[POLICY] NEW REGULATION ABOUT BIRTHDAY PAID LEAVE POLICY AT CNV GROUP

From April 1, 2024, CNV Group issued a Birthday Paid Leave Policy to show the company’s concern for the spiritual life of its employees. From there, it motivates employees to contribute and stay long-term with the company, contributing to improving the working spirit and work efficiency of employees. Specifically, the regulations on the implementation of “Birthday Paid Leave Policy” are as follows:

1. Subjects of application: Employees who are working and have signed official labor contracts

2. Application period: From April 1, 2024

3. Applicable content:

– Each employee will be entitled to 1 additional day off per year on his/her birthday. Birthdays will be determined based on input personnel file data, stored in the Human Resources department.

– This day off is paid with full pay and is not included in the employee’s annual leave days.

– In case the date of birth coincides with a weekly day off, a holiday, or a New Year’s Day, 1 day off will be compensated on the working day before or after 1 day.

– In case employees cannot arrange time off on their birthdays due to work reasons, their leave will be reserved until the time off can be arranged. Maximum use period is until the end of March of the following year.
