Colorful summer – CNVer had a lot of fun with the beach team building activity with the theme “BUILDING VALUE- BUILDING DREAMS”.

Recently, CNVer ended a wonderful 3-day- 2-night tour at bustling Sam Son beach. Immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the sea, the employees danced together beside the whispering waves mixed with cheerful laughter, agile footsteps imprinted on the smooth white sand, and hugs. A tight squeeze showd joy and warm connection. That was the atmosphere that teambuilding event brought to employees at the beautiful beach!

Starting the journey full of laughter for 06 teams at Sam Son beach with 1-0-2 warm-up dances, the teams played together happily to the music of the organizers. At the end of the song were the unique, strangest and most attractive poses of the teams.

Entering the first game, the teams immediately experienced with the exciting game “Tug of War” on the sand, where tactics and teamwork were tested to the limit.

Having passed stage 1 – Strength challenge, the teams continued to explore the hidden creative abilities of themselves and their teammates through the game “Keep the ball in the air”. This was a game that requires ingenuity, high concentration, combined with smart and reasonable strategies.

Next, the teams continued to experience the game “Untangling the Knot”, requiring calmness and smooth coordination of the whole team. This was a simple game but required a very high understanding of teammates.

Speeding ​​up the race with the challenge “Open Secret Letter” . The CNVer team worked together to overcome challenges and completed the common goal – to solve the secret letters of the program.

Sunset gradually fell on Sam Son beach, the competing teams also successfully completed the series of challenges in the program. More than bonding, the team building event gave employees the opportunity to exchange, connect, and understand colleagues more deeply. From then on, realizing the extraordinary collective strength, CNVer worked together to overcome all difficulties and challenges on the beach. Hopefully this journey has helped CNVer remember happy and meaningful moments with teammates and families on the beautiful beach, together keeping the most beautiful memories of summer 2024!
