JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Make a construction plan on schedule
– Planing construction method statement
– Design construction drawings of construction items
– Take off quantities, make requests for materials and labor for the project.

2.Construction implementation:
– Supervise workers and subcontractors based on work standards.
– Quality acceptance at each stage for construction items.
– Construction diary report
– Management of construction materials

3. Supervise labor safety work
– Monitor and point out possible safety risks during work
– Conduct daily training and reminders on occupational safety issues before work

4.Quality-monitoring

– Check design documents and contractor capacity
– Monitor the quality of input materials

5. Construction supervision:
– Supervise construction items of the project
– Ensure project progress
– Monitor the use of construction supplies and materials to avoid waste

6. Coordinate with the Internal Control Department to conduct quality acceptance testing in each stage, ensuring quality before moving to the next stage

– Responsible for project quality and progress before the Company’s Board of Directors and the investor

– Other tasks as requested by direct manager.

REQUEST

1. Education:

• Graduated from University with majors related to construction.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

2. Key skills and abilities

• Proficient in using Office Information Technology (Word, Excel…)
• Flexibility in communication skills and problem-solving.
• Proficient in using design tools: AutoCad 2D,…

4. Other requirements:

• Sex: Male
• Age: 23 – 35 year olds
• Ability for work overtime if required
• Probation period: 2 months
• Working at fixed projects: Hanoi, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Hai Duong

RIGHT

1.Salary: from 13 – 18 million VND/month.
