JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receiving survey requests from the sales department, conducting surveys, discussing and consulting designs directly with customers.
- Directly calculate and apply knowledge of Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical/Construction to design items such as: Electrical/HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, chiller, AHU, FCU, clean rooms, tanks) stone,…)/Mechanical (smoke extraction system, dust extraction, water and gas lines, air ducts,…) and Construction items according to customer requirements.
- Following company standards, ensuring all design and legal requirements are met.
- Taking off quantities and making estimates for orders.
- Preparing quotation drawings, working with the investor to finalize the design plan.
- Directly supporting and supervising during project implementation.
- Reporting to managers on the situation, progress, difficulties… during the project design process.
- Making a construction plan
- Preparing construction measures
- Other tasks as requested by direct manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Education
- Graduated from University with majors: Electrical/Refrigeration/Mechanical/Construction, construction engineering, traffic engineering… and related majors.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Key skills and abilities
- Proficient in using Office Information Technology (Word, Excel…)
- Flexibility in communication skills and problem-solving
- Proficient in using specialized 2D design software (AutoCAD), if able to draw in 3D is an advantage
- Teamwork skill
- Planning skill
- Construction methods skill
- Basic communication skill in English

- Sex: Male
- Age: 24 – 30 years old
- Working hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m (every Monday to Saturday)
- Overtime work requirements if required
- Probation period: 2 months
RIGHT
1.Salary :
+ Basic salary: from 13 – 18 million VND
+ Overtime is multiplied by the coefficient according to the provisions of the Labor Law
2.Bonus: Quarterly, annual, and holiday bonuses according to Company regulations.
